WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products of  TZORA/AT REHAB/ SPEEDFLOAT

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from one of our approved dealers as New product!

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from My one of our approved dealers as New product is as follow:

•        3 years for metal frame

•        1 year for electric parts.

•        6 months for Batteries & Batteries charger

From the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

•        This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: ● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

•        To obtain warranty service, you must first fill in the below warranty claim according its obligatory requests.

•        Approach your local approved dealer in order to check the product and confirm it’s fault.

•        After receiving your warranty claim, it’s us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

•        Service at your location, shipping or delivery of parts to your location will be charged!

Battery usage guidelines:

  1. Initial charging: first charging must be “deep charging” meaning: continuous charging and without any interruptions for at least 6 consecutive hours, this process must be repeated at least once a month.
  2. Connecting the charger: first connect to the battery and then to the electricity.
  3. Regular use: It is recommended to charge the battery after each use, even if for a short charge.
  4. Sensitivity to heat: the battery is very sensitive to extreme heat conditions, so it is recommended not to leave it in a closed vehicle on hot days.
  5. Sensitivity to moisture: moisture may cause corrosion or even short the battery, do not expose the battery to moisture (rain \ dew \ steam \ sprinklers \ sea water spray, etc.).

. The battery and charger must be disconnected at the end of charging.

  1. Only use the original charger supplied with the device.
  2. Lithium batteries should only be charged with an original lithium charger that comes with the battery, using another charger will cause immediate damage to the battery.
  3. Do not use a battery that has been dropped or damaged.
  4. A battery that is not used for several days may be damaged. Monthly deep charges should be performed mainly on the battery that is not in use.
